your request to insure an accurate quote. Please provide as much detail as possible.
Item(s) Wanted - Brand or Style Number if Known - Quantity - Color - Print Location(s) -
Imprint Size - Number of Colors in Design - Decoration Type ( Screen Printing or
Embroidery ?) - When Needed etc.
Also provide a sample of your design or logo if available. See "Artwork" below for
instructions on sending designs.
Custom Design services are also available charged at an Hourly Rate.

Illustrator .ai (version 8.0 or earlier) or Corel .cdr (version 10 or earlier). All fonts should
be converted to outlines. High resolution (300 dpi minimum) JPEGS, TIFFS, BMPS...
are also acceptable for quoting your job but may not be sufficient for actual production.
